The MKE 600 professional camera microphone is suitable for the reporting work of smaller TV companies. It withstands adverse conditions very well and its narrowly directional scanning characteristic guarantees quality sound in the camera axis while attenuating unwanted side noise. Wind noise when working outdoors can be attenuated by the basic foam wind protection supplied with the microphone, or by turning on the microphone's low-pass filter. The separately supplied fur wind protection MZH 600 is ideal for professional outdoor work. The microphone is powered by a camera / mixing console (Phantom P48) or an AA battery. Battery life is approx. 150 hours, 8 hours before the end of life the "Low Batt" light starts flashing. The microphone comes in black.
