The Schoep Microphone W5D 3.5" Hollow Foam Ball Windscreen is an acoustic foam windscreen made with dead-air space and velour-like surface treatment and separates the mic capsule from the outside layer of foam and its velour-like surface treatment. The W 5 D is great for all capsules including the MK 4, MK 41, MK 21, and MK 22 directional capsules. It is very transparent with very little effect on the sound.
